We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Standard shipping is free for all orders.
Please note: Due to occasional postal strikes or customs delays, standard delivery may take up to 15 business days.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
All orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
If your order includes items marked as pre-order or dispatch delay, please refer to the product page for specific lead times.
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frames, Mirora Wear cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Unexpected courier delays or customs clearance may extend delivery times, and Mirora Wear will not be held responsible for any losses due to delayed shipments.
If you are traveling or have time-sensitive orders, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery.
Courier Contact
Our courier partners may contact you via email or phone regarding your delivery.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate and accessible.
If your parcel is returned because the courier was unable to reach you, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Missing Deliveries
Please ensure a safe and secure delivery address is provided at checkout.
Mirora Wear is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your order appears missing, please first contact the courier to obtain proof of delivery.
If proof of delivery has been provided but your parcel cannot be located, please email info@mirorawear.com for further assistance.
⚠️ Please note: We are unable to refund parcels that are marked as delivered.
If a replacement is issued, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the affected items immediately.

Please open packages carefully — Mirora Wear is not responsible for damage caused by sharp objects or improper unboxing.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been placed, our system begins processing immediately.
Because of this, order cancellation requests may not always be successful before shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We recommend receiving the parcel first, then requesting a return according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
