If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
A full refund will be issued once the returned items meet the following conditions:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Final Sale and Bulk Sale items are not eligible for return, except in cases of verified quality issues.

We reserve the right to reject returns submitted after the 30-day period or for items not meeting the above conditions.

Bundles or multi-item packs must be returned in full and in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your product, you may request a return for a full refund.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and report any defects within 30 days.

Claims made after 30 days, or damages caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or incorrect washing, will not be accepted.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with the return shipping address and step-by-step instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.

Returns must be shipped with a valid tracking number; Mirora Wear is not responsible for lost return packages.

Please follow the packaging guidelines in our return email to ensure your return can be successfully processed.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
A refund for the item(s), including applicable taxes, will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Policy
At this time, Mirora Wear does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original product for a refund according to the policy above.
