What should I do if my card is declined?
The reason for this problem maybe that your credit or debit card company may have declined your payment.
If this is the case, you will have to discuss directly with the issuing card company to find out why as we have no access to this information.
As an alternate solution, you can try paying with a different card.

Why do I see multiple pre-autorizations on my credit card?
Some orders are sent in multiple shipments, when this happens you may see more than one pre-authorization on your credit card.
Will I be charged International bank fee or transaction fee when ordering?
Depending on where you are ordering from,you may incur a 2-3% international transaction fee from your bank. This charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control. All the charged tax obey location law.

When will my order ship?
Once you’ve placed your order, there are a few steps before it reaches you.

Can I have my order redirected to a different address after shipped?

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Since our goods are stored in different warehouses, your order may be divided into multiple packages to be sent out from different warehouses.

Can I exchange the products?
Our site does not offer an exchange policy, please submit a new order for your new items.
What items can't be returned?
* For Bulk Sale orders and Final Sale Products, items can not be returned once purchased except they have quality issue.
* Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, NEW with tag, returned in the original plastic bag packaging.
* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
* Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.

How should I wash and care for my Products?
Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle. Do Not Use Fabric Softener. Only Non-Chlorine Bleach When Needed. Lay Flat To Dry. Do Not Iron. Do Not Dry Clean.
Can we alter/hem/sewn products?
We do not recommend altering products with advanced technical construction, such as shapewear, as this may compromise the integrity and functionality of the garment. Altered items are not returnable.
Do I need to take the cups out of my sports bra to wash it?
If your sports bra has removable padding, we recommend you remove the cups prior to washing.
